We have a training center which is a business initiative that prepares our young adults for a bright future with many job opportunities. We discovered in the middle of this process that the training center is also a place where they find themselves.Many of them have difficulties in areas such as school, or relationships. When they find themselves doing something they enjoy they feel worthy and more confident. Through these projects we also intend to multiply our income so that the AOGE can grow even more and reach more people.

The AOGE is currently located in Siem Reap, a tourist city where millions of tourists come every year to visit Angkor Wat (the largest religious monument in the world). Due to this demand for service to tourists, more and more job opportunities are offered to those who speak English or some other foreign language. With that in mind, all our children study English.
Cambodia still go to tailors for their typical clothing. To open up more opportunities for our girls, we have a fully equipped cutting and sewing room, where our girls learn to sew. A team of trained girls has been serving, making sheets for the houses, arranging clothes, and serving the family with what they need.
Our young adults love to photograph and be photographed. With that in mind, we want to prepare them professionally in something they enjoy doing. Today we have a photography room where courses are taught. We also have a trained team that serves the AOGE. Most of the photographs on this site were taken by our team.
We have a fully equipped beauty salon, where we train our girls. Some have already served the family with haircuts. We hope that in the future it will be a source of income for girls, and a first job opening for those who are coming of age.
